The Plasma Laser Coil Feed has been designed to feed a plasma or laser-cutting table. It is comprised of a drive motor and a series of rolls to feed and remove coil set from the material. The material is advanced by the operator using an on/off switch attached to an electrical cable. This allows the operator to follow the material to proper location along the cutting table. Drive is by way of entry pinch rolls and exit pinch rolls. Straightening is accomplished with rolls located between the entry and exit rolls, which are controlled by way of a hand wheel for depth penetration. Length of feed is at the operator’s discretion, as the machine does not measure the material.
The CORNERMATIC PLUS® was specifically designed to address the difficulty with inserting corners into some styles of fitting ductwork. It joins other world- wide successful Cornermatics such as the Dual-Head and the Corner Cadet® in reducing shop labor. Three years in development brings to the trade a machine that can handle any TDC®/TDF® fitting assembled on a bench. The CORNER- MATIC PLUS® automatically and effortlessly inserts and crimps TDC®/TDF® corners in seconds. Lets you do a duct section (eight corners) in about 20 seconds in any gauge, 16 through 26. Generally, tests have shown 80 ducts/hour vs. 15 ducts/hour for manual insertion.
The Cornermatic Plus Versa is the most flexible unit for production available. The Versa is installed with the capability of sitting on your workshop floor or in-ground, allowing for greater flexibility during production. Raising and lowering takes a simple button press that triggers the extension or retraction of a heavy-duty hydraulic scissor lift. Using the Versa in-ground is beneficial for projects involving large duct and heavier gauge fittings, while the above-ground position is ideal for fitting production. The Cornermatic Plus inserts corners in off-set fittings without needing a secondary ‘straight’ at the flange, no other corner-inserting machine can do this!
This CORNERMATIC® machine will operate with all widely available Cornermatic®-type corners and with Mestek Machinery’s revolutionary EZ Connector® corners for “C” and “F” flanges. If you acquire Cornermatic® brand corners from Ductmate, DuroDyne, CL Ward or Mestek Machinery, they will come either (i) oriented and stacked in the shipping carton (250 corner pieces per carton) for quick and easy loading into the 175 corner magazines feeding the top and bottom crimping heads, or (ii) in the NEW StrapPak™ – 80 corners in a double-strapped package (five (5) packages per carton) to be quickly loaded into the magazine directly from the shipping carton. The StrapPak™ eliminates the need to sort and orient the corners before installation. Other suppliers of Cornermatic®-type corners will not have this unique, time-saving feature which eliminates the need to hand-load the corners before installation. Adjustable Dual Head Cornermatic® Classic adds the feature of automatically adjusting the upper crimping head to handle duct from 4′ to 6′ in length. The Dual Head Cornermatic® Classic automatically inserts and crimps specially designed TDC/TDF® style corners in seconds. Lets you do a duct section, eight corners, in about 60 seconds with virtually no physical exertion. Compared to other methods of hand insertion and crimping, it’s a saving of 3 to 6 minutes per section of ductwork depending on size and gauge.

Adding to our line of machines is the Automatic Elbow Machine. This precision machine produces high quality straight, articulated elbows from tube blanks, which can be hand turned to any angle between 0 and 90 degrees for various elbows. The control panel is angled for easier operator use. Use tubes from the Iowa Precision Tube-Matic. Optional sizes upon request.
