The Platinum Edition MF70 has been developed from over 30 years of portable pinspotter history at Duro Dyne...and now has a new look to celebrate their 70th Anniversary! The specially designed welding transformers allow it to deliver precisely timed welding to the gun tip, with more power than previous models. The MF70 has a compact design for easy handling, fitting anywhere in a shop. 

 The Platinum Edition RH Mach 70 Pinspotter features a more efficient transformer that provides a wider range of welding capabilities. The Heavy Duty Vibrator Bowl and base weld pins up to 2’’, and the optional manual feed accommodates pins up to 4’’ on 4’’ insulation. A floating upper weld tip and an optional lift kit are among some of the improvements to this Pinspotter. The RH Mach 70 also features a notch on the support bar to easily accommodate TDC/TDF duct, and the ability to move the trolley instead of the ductwork minimizes material handling. An auxilliary gun & ground cable box has been added to offer the ability to convert this machine to a handheld pinspotter (10ft gun & ground cable sold separately). 

 The Platinum Edition FG Mach 70 Pinspotter was designed utilizing the best of current technologies to provide greater power and reliability for insulation fastening. The inherent minimal material handling and the use of welded pins will insure your shop a cost efficient, quality product. The upgraded FG Mach 70 machine is capable of welding pins up to 4” to address the higher R-value insulation now being specified throughout the industry. 

 The GBAC applies Duro Dyne WIT or WSA water base adhesive to insulation in preparation for application to sheet metal. It requires 110v service fused for 15 amps. A source of air is required. Specify the direction of work flow when ordering. 

 The LSU Advanced Liner Sizer will help size and cut duct liner more efficiently than ever thought possible with a hand operated machine. It's enhanced features, make it possible to cut cotton fiber insulations, filter media, rubberized products and other unusual materials. The cross cut and slitter blades are mechanically gear driven to spin while cutting. This spinning action shears the material to create precise cuts in the most difficult of substances. 

 The PLSU2 is the latest in Automatic Liner Sizer cutters for the HVAC Industry. The gear driven slitter and a pulley driven cross cut blade create a powerhouse to tackle all specialty insulations. This new cutting action will allow the PLSU2 to accommodate virtually all insulation types on the market including closed cell products, cotton fiber, Neoprene, Elastomeric Foam & more. 

 The Duro Dyne Connector Dispenser can relieve many of the difficulties associated with the handling of flexible connector. Duro Dyne’s Model FDC-AB3 features straightening rollers to combat connector coil set. The FDC-AB3 keeps up to three rolls of flexible duct connector or vane rail within easy reach, anywhere in the shop. Full swivel casters make movement around the shop possible, and ball bearing rollers quickly dispense connector with a simple pull. A foot actuated brake locks the FDC-AB3 in place when dispensing the connector. The shear attachment cuts the duct connector accurately and effortlessly.
